What we'll expect from you :

• Build efficient and reusable systems and abstractions

• Know your field: cutting edge tech and the right tools for the job 

• Be willing to pick up new programming languages and frameworks on the fly and help out where needed

• Understand the cost of HTTP requests and are always looking for ways to improve the performance of the product across devices 

• Deeply care about what you create and you value your team 

• You're a nice person, we need no super hero but humble team player 

• Can manage project priorities and deadlines 

Core skills :

• Fluency in at least one web framework (MEAN, Django, Flask, Ruby on Rails or equivalent stacks) 

• Experience with Git / SVN, Agile Development 

• Experienced in HTML5 / CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, Relational databases, NoSQL 

• Web API integration experience 

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science with 3+ years relevant industry experience 

Nice to have : 

• Experience working with Azure or AWS 

• Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ 

What will be your role : 

• Own end to end responsibility of Software Development Life Cycle starting from requirement gathering to testing, release, and maintenance of product over time 

• Development of user-facing elements which are cross device, cross-browser compatible, and integration with server side logic 

• Development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end
